Seeking therapy often begins with a quiet knowing that something in you is ready for change.
Gestalt therapy offers a warm, collaborative space to reconnect with your strengths, your body, and your own wisdom.
Together, we listen for what’s emerging and support your natural movement toward wholeness.
I offer therapy as a space of presence and deep listening: a place to slow down, notice what is alive in you, and explore new ways of being in relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Gestalt therapy is a relational, embodied approach that emphasises awareness of the present moment. Together, we pay attention to thoughts, feelings, and body, and to the patterns that shape your relationships and daily life.
Alongside therapy, I have worked for many years as a researcher in women’s health, climate justice, and Indigenous-led projects. I have a PhD in psychology and over a decade’s experience as a public health academic, and am the co-founder of a for-purpose social change organisation. These experiences ground me in values of equity, and care, and they continue to shape how I sit with others: attentive, compassionate, and committed to a bigger picture of wellbeing.
